Questions

What counts toward the fair-use cap?

Only model calls on the included free model — the one on the Solo card. A call made on any key you've stored never counts: your own credentials always win over the shared one. The counter resets at 00:00 UTC.

How is hosted-key usage metered?

Per model call. When a run resolves to one of our hosted keys, the call's estimated cost is logged as platform usage and rolled onto your next invoice — the running unbilled total (and any markup, if one applies) is always visible in Settings → Billing. Runs themselves are never metered, and neither are hops, seats, or graphs.

What does the Solo limit of 3 cover?

Enabled schedules and webhook triggers combined, across every graph in the workspace. Manual runs, chat turns, and the live canvas are unlimited. The cap applies when you enable a trigger — schedules already running aren't switched off if you end up over the limit after a downgrade.

Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?

Yes — Manage subscription in Settings → Billing opens Stripe's portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period (no partial-month refunds — that's in the terms). The workspace then returns to Solo limits: your graphs, runs, and history stay exactly as they were. Leftover hosted-key usage below the invoicing minimum is absorbed, not chased.

Is there annual pricing?
