Terms of Service
Effective September 23, 2026 · Applies to livegraph.ai
These terms govern your use of the hosted LiveGraph service at livegraph.ai, operated by Canweb Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Self-hosted installations are covered by their own license, not these terms.
The service
LiveGraph lets you build, run, and supervise graphs of AI agents — scheduled, webhook-triggered, or manual — that can call model providers, MCP servers, HTTP endpoints, and other tools you configure. We provide the orchestration platform; the models, tools, and external services are yours or third parties'.
Accounts
- You sign in with an email address and password, or a linked Google/GitHub account — keep access to your email secure either way, since it is also the reset path for your login.
- You're responsible for activity under your account, including runs launched by people you invite as members.
- One account per person; don't share a login across a team — use member roles instead.
Your agents are your responsibility
Agents you configure can take real actions — writing files, calling APIs, posting content, modifying CRM records. Approval gates, tool allowlists, and budgets exist so you can bound that. You are responsible for what your agents do with the access and credentials you grant them, including any spend they incur at model providers, and for complying with the terms of every external service your graphs touch.
Billing
- Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active to the end of the paid period and we don't refund partial months.
- Model calls are bring-your-own-keys: they bill to your account at each provider's prices. LiveGraph never marks up tokens and never meters runs. The included starter model is free-tier and fair-use capped.
- Per-run budget caps are available and recommended for scheduled autonomous work.
Acceptable use
Don't use LiveGraph to:
- break the law, or violate the terms of the providers and services your agents call;
- send spam, scrape in violation of site terms, or run unsolicited outreach at scale;
- attack, probe, or overload infrastructure — ours or anyone else's;
- store or process data you have no right to process.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put its stability at risk.
Your data and ours
You own your graphs, prompts, run content, and the output your agents produce. We own the platform itself. You grant us the rights needed to store and process your data to run the service — nothing more.
Availability and warranties
We aim for reliability but provide the service as is, without warranties of any kind. Scheduled runs depend on third parties (model providers, MCP servers, hosting) that can fail independently of us. Approval gates are a safety feature, not a guarantee — review what your agents queue before approving it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or actions your agents take — and our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account data at any time. We can suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections on billing, liability, and your data survive.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If we change them materially we'll update this page and, where appropriate, email you. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
